Drawn up on 13 May 1921, 12:00 p.m. by the declaration of Louis Lemigout, 36 years old, and of Maurice Petit, 28, employees at 2 rue Ambroise‐Paré, who have read and signed with us: Charles Veil, adjutant at the town hall of the tenth arrondissement of Paris.
