Welcome to Witty Partition, formerly "The Wall"...
There you have it! We have finally changed our name to its more appropriate
"Witty Partition." After all,
It is in the spirit of Shakespeare’s Rude Mechanicals quoted below, that we
undertake, collectively, to build a most witty partition:
Would you desire lime and hair to speak better?
It is the wittiest partition that ever I heard discourse, my lord.
- Shakespeare, Midsummer Night's Dream, Act 5:1
Witty Partition, formerly The Wall is a collaboration among editors Bronwyn Mills, Eric
Darton, and Hardy Griffin. While the source of editorial comments could be one of us, all
work is duly credited to the actual authors and translators. While we once titled it "The
Wall," as an act of linguistic resistance--we trust you, dear Reader, to find it a Witty
Partition which is both witty and most permeable.
